Payment

All payment will be done via Paypal unless otherwise negotiated. Invoices will be sent via Paypal

All listed price are inclusive of Paypal fees
Work Flow and Payment Process
Sketch/Draft Phase (Down Payment)
-
For all projects above 1000USD, a downpayment of 10% of the commission value is required before start
-
Upon receiving of the down payment, a rough draft/sketch will be provide
-
Upon approval of draft/sketch, a further down payment up to 50% of the commission is required (if 10% was paid earlier, only 40% is required) before commencement of commission
Rendering/Painting Phase
-
Updates will be sent periodically
-
Do communicate any edits you will like during the updates.

Minor changes or additions are fine, however major changes like compositional, or major additionals will require additional cost
Finals (Final Payment)
-
After final art is sent and approved, final complete payment will be required before high resolution files will be sent
Post-Finals edits
-
Edits are welcomed within 2 weeks of final art approval, and subject to edit fees depending on the scale of the edits.

Edit fees are to be paid up front in full
Terms and Conditions
Upon commissioning the artist, you agree to these terms
Copyright
-
The Artist retain the right to print and/or share the final artwork and/or any other work in progress pieces related to the artwork for publicity, commission and professional portfolio
-
Client is not allow to resell the final artwork online, to third parties, and/or to prints and create merchandise for sales, unless otherwise communicated and/or agree upon before/during any point of commencement of commissioning

Client retain the rights to their respective Original Character/s (OC)
-
Artist may request Client's permission to publish the final artwork for sales (Artbook, Prints, or digital marketplace). Client retain the rights to refuse for their respective Original Character/s (OC)

All artwork will signed with Artist's signature upon completion
Payments, Cancellation and Refund
-
All payment will be done via Paypal unless otherwise negotiated. Invoices will be sent via Paypal

All payment will be made in USD

All listed pricing are inclusive of Paypal fees
Cancellation
-
Client can request to cancel commission at any point
-
Refund will not be entertained if work have been approved at any stage(Sketch/Work in Progress/Finals)
-
Commission will be taken as cancelled if down-payment is not received a week after agreed timespan, should payment arrived after this period, the artist retain the right to cancel or reschedule the commission, which include moving the commission to later queue slot

Client retain the right to a full refund if the Artist is unable to finish the commission within the deadline/s established and agreed upon by both parties

Artist retain the right to cancel the commission at any time if the artist is physically incapable of completing the commission due to external factors, Client will get a full refund
-
Artist retain the right to cancel the commission at any time should any threats, and or harassments be made by the Client towards the Artist or anyone related to the Artist, including any social media followers of the artist. Artist may or may not refund any payment up that point of time
Confidentiality
-
Artist retain the right to stream/share the commission progress online, on streaming platforms including, but not limited to twitch.tv, youtube, and tiktok

Artist retain the right to post any work in progress images and/or clips on social media platforms including, but not limited to, twitter.com, facebook.com, instagram.com

Client may request for a non-disclosure agreement with the Artist. This has to be communicated before the commencement of the commission
